In Jaunary 2025, the Aguas de Torremolinos education hall hosted the III WATERVERSE Stakeholder Meeting, bringing together key public and private sector representatives, including the Junta de Andalucía, EMASA – Empresa Municipal Aguas de Málaga, and Acosol S.A.

The event focused on the development of a data-driven ecosystem to enhance interoperability in water management, enabling public administrations to optimize decision-making and resource efficiency. Hidralia, leading the Spanish pilot of the project, showcased the latest advancements in integrating digital solutions for smarter water governance.

A key highlight was the presentation by Javier Haro Reyes, Head of Digital Transformation at Hidralia, who introduced the data platform designed to support basin-wide water management. The discussion emphasized the need for integrated data solutions and the roadmap toward sustainable water management practices.
