The FIWARE Data Spaces Workshop successfully concluded on the 12th of March, during the 2024 edition of the Data Space Symposium.

Roberto di Bernardo, together with Gerasimos Antzoulatos were involved in the FIWARE workshop, focusing on water perspective. On this occasion, they introduced the WATERVERSE project’s current outputs and pilots (NL, DE, CY, UK, ES, FI). The project aims to release methodologies and tools for data management in the water domain to support the implementation of future Water Data Spaces.

In the end, a series of workshops on Water Data Spaces were announced, bringing the voice of FIWARE Foundation, Water Europe, BDVA – Big Data Value Association, and ICT4Water communities by also leveraging the collaboration of Green Deal Data Space – GREAT Project.
